Terms of service

These terms apply to work carried out by Urban Locksmith & CCTV Services for domestic and commercial customers across our service area.

Quotes & pricing

We provide a clear written or verbal quote before starting any work. Quotes are valid for 30 days. We do not charge a call-out fee.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work, by card, cash or bank transfer. Commercial customers can arrange invoiced terms on request.

Guarantee

All parts we supply and all labour we carry out is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of work, subject to normal use and reasonable maintenance. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by forced entry, attempted theft, or third-party modification.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity — certificates are available on request.

Cancellation

Booked non-emergency appointments may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled slot with no charge. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a small administration fee.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
