When you submit a form or call us we collect: your name, phone number, optional email, optional postcode, and the details of your enquiry. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, attend your job, and issue an invoice. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties, except where strictly necessary (e.g. card payment processing).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for 12 months and customer / invoice records for 7 years to comply with HMRC requirements.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete any data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
