A friendly, family-run locksmith covering Cambridgeshire & Bedfordshire
Urban Locksmith & CCTV Services is run by Ash Okhovati from St Neots, with engineers stationed across Cambridge, Bedford and Huntingdon so we're rarely more than 30 minutes from any door in our coverage area.
We started as a small mobile locksmith — and we still are. When you ring our number you get straight through to one of our engineers, not a call centre that's going to up-sell you a part you don't need. We diagnose the actual problem on site, we explain it in plain English, and we only fit what's required.
Over the years we've expanded into CCTV and access control, but the principle hasn't changed: design the system around the real risks, install it neatly, and leave the customer in control. We never put your footage in someone else's cloud unless you ask us to.
Every engineer is DBS-checked. We're a member of the Master Locksmiths Association and Safe Contractor approved. Every job is backed by a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
